The Story
FetchBack AI was built by Lindsey Hammer, a former Amazon operations leader who grew up surrounded by animals.
Lindsey's grandfather opened the first emergency veterinary clinic in Houston and served as president of the Texas A&M vet school. From an early age, she understood what it means to trust someone with your animals - and the operational chaos that comes with running a care-based business.
Before launching FetchBack AI, Lindsey spent over a decade at Amazon building and scaling operations from the ground up. She grew a recruiting organization from 11 people to over 200, launched automation tools adopted company-wide, and earned the highest employee engagement scores pan-Amazon.
